Our Fern Cabins are studio layout, furnished with a full bed, twin bunk, twin daybed and twin trundle bed, plus a 3/4 bath. All cabins include linens, dining area and a fully furnished kitchen with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Reservation Policies
Lodging Tax: |
All nightly rentals are subject to lodging tax. Monthly rentals are exempt from lodging tax. |
Additional People: |
All Campsites or RV Sites fees include up to five guests. The maximum number of people in a RV site or campsite is 8. Additional guests will be subject to a fee of $7.00 per person/per night. For Health and Safety reasons, Cabins cannot accommodate more guests then indicated. Groups larger than 8 guests please contact the office at (707) 487-7404 or email info@redwoodsrv.com |
Pet Policy: |
Total Number of Pets is LIMITED to 3 and if you are bringing pets along, NO aggressive dogs of any size are allowed. A $65.00 non-refundable pet-cleaning fee will be charged when staying in a Cabin. |
Rental Units: |
All Cabins have been inventoried. You will be responsible for any missing items or damages to the Rental Unit. There will be a $45.00 non-refundable cabin cleaning fee. |
Payment Policy: |
Your credit card will be charged 100% of the reservation fees at time of booking for nightly reservations and $100.00 deposit on monthly reservations. Advanced payments are always paid by credit card. Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit card upon arrival at the property. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Please contact our office, (707) 487-7404, prior to the arrival date to cancel/change reservation.

Change Policy: |
Service charges may apply for changes to your reservation. One change to your reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change. |
Lodging Refund Policy: |
We will process your return to your original form of payment.
We are not responsible for and therefore cannot issue refunds for events outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, natural or human made disasters ie. drought, fire, explosion, storms, heat, snow, rain, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. |
